Medical Center
The University of Illinois Medical Center offers a comprehensive
level of care for travelers and airport employees who have
illnesses or injuries that require medical attention. Their
specialty services include X-rays, EKG testing, immunizations,
drug and alcohol testing, audiometry and physical therapy.
The medical center is in Terminal 2, Upper level, Airside.
Hours of operation are: Monday to Friday - 7 AM to 7 PM;
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays - 9 AM to 5 PM. Their phone

Travelers Aid
The Travelers Aid Office at O'Hare is located in Terminal
2 across from the Children's Museum and provides information,
directions, and special assistance to both foreign and domestic
travelers.?
The office is open: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM;
Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 9 PM.? Information booths are
at various locations.
USO
The USO (United Service Organizations) offers a variety
of services to active military personnel and their dependents
including free refreshments, information and referrals.
The USO Center is on the T-2 Mezzanine Level. The new and
improved 24-hour center, re-opened in May 2007, provides
men, women and families of the Armed Forces with a place
to relax, enjoy a meal, check e-mail, phone home and re-adjust
to life before returning home or being deployed.
